About

The Anxiety Relief Project was created to offer support and relief for people suffering from anxiety. Anxiety is a growing epidemic and many people experience levels of anxiety that make life seem unbearable. Relief is possible, yet figuring out how to proceed is not necessarily easy.

Part of the issue is that there are such a wide spectrum of options available that it’s difficult to know where to start. Also because resources come from such a range of sources, it’s not easy to find clarity and therefore make a well informed decision. Until you’re aware of the full scope of choices, you never know if you’ve found the remedy best suited for you.

We are building the Anxiety Relief Project so people can see the bigger picture of available options for anxiety relief. We’re just getting started, but as the site grows with increasing content, we will organize the resources as simply and organically as possible, to help you figure out the best way to proceed in your quest for anxiety relief.

Our Mandate

  • To maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date pool of evidence-based resources for anxiety relief.
  • To offer thoughtful, well written articles by authors with anxiety related expertise and/or experience.
  • Once the website is monetized, to never let the business of making money override the integrity of providing unbiased information and support for people seeking anxiety relief.

Craig Mollins – Project Developer

Craig Mollins
Craig grew up with Tourette Syndrome and throughout his life has experienced varying forms and degrees of anxiety. His quest for relief began as a young boy when he would come home after school each day and lay on his back for an hour of deep breathing. Through years of exploration and research Craig gradually found relief from chronic and sometimes crippling anxiety. For over 22 years Craig has worked as a natural health care provider and educator. Eventually he was inspired to help others who suffer from anxiety and thus the Anxiety Relief Project was born.
